Safety Level: Light Riding
Safety Level: Light Riding
Light Riding products are designed for kids who ride more often or at slightly higher speeds, such as low-speed electric bikes or regular neighborhood riding.
These products provide increased stability and protection compared to Everyday Play gear but are still intended for controlled riding environments. A properly fitted helmet is required, and additional protective gear is strongly recommended.
Light Riding products are not intended for aggressive riding or competitive motorsports.

Helmet Fit Guide
How to Measure
- Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your child’s head.
- Position it about 1 inch (2–3 cm) above the eyebrows.
- Keep the tape level all the way around.
- Record the measurement in centimeters (most helmet size charts use cm).
Fit Notes
- With the helmet on and strapped, have your child gently shake their head side to side. It should not rock forward, backward, or side to side when your child moves.
- A helmet should sit level on the head and feel snug without pressure points.
- Adjustable fit systems can help fine-tune the fit as your child grows.
Common Fit Issues
- Helmet tilts back and exposes the forehead
- Helmet shifts when the head moves
- Chin strap is too loose or too tight
