Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.
Some items may have their own processing or shipping timelines due to supplier availability or item type. Where this applies, the estimated shipping time will be noted on the individual product page. Please check the product page for the most accurate delivery estimate before placing your order.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — sign up for our emails to be the first to know.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via your Voltastra order confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please check your tracking information first. If you still need help, contact us at crew@voltastra.co or call +1-914-477-4077 and we'll make it right.
Delivery Issues
Voltastra is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. However, if something goes wrong, reach out — we're here to help.
